Key Responsibilities


  • Delivery Order Management:

    • Collect the delivery orders from software (Oddo).

    • Prepare delivery order carriage summaries and schedules based on the delivery orders.

  • Goods Loading and Vehicle Management:

    • Collect loaded goods from the warehouse and oversee vehicle loading according to the delivery order.

    • Prepare the delivery challan post-loading.

    • Prepare and send vehicle loading reports to the manager.


  • Warehouse Inventory Management:

    • Conductwarehouse inventory checks and prepare inventory reports.

    • Post inventory details to the stock ledger.

    • Maintain records and ensure all stock movements are logged in the ERP system.


  • Software and Documentation Tasks:

    • Input delivery challan information into the designated software.

    • Input Vehicle fuel cost.

    • Ensure proper documentation of all reports and maintain files systematically.


  • Labor and Loader Management:

    • Manage loaders, monitor their activities, and take daily attendance.

    • Assign various tasks to loaders and oversee their execution.


  • Warehouse Maintenance:

    • Supervise warehouse cleaning and product arrangement.

    • Inspect the condition of products (good/broken) and take necessary actions.


  • Vehicle Coordination:

    • Arrange self-owned and rental vehicles for deliveries.

    • Organize vehicles for Head Office work when needed.


  • Coordination with Head Office and Marketing Team:

    • Maintain regular communication with the Head Office and ensure tasks are performed as per their requirements.

    • Coordinate with marketing officers to arrange product deliveries as per demand.


  • Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Prepare attendance reports for employees, drivers, helpers, and loaders daily.

    • Calculate the time taken for clearing goods and other operational metrics.

    • Compile monthly reports and submit them to the Head Office.
